Refund Policy

At AdobeStudios.io, we strive to provide high-quality creative services and digital assets. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase or engaging our services.

1. Project-Based Services

• We require a 30% advance payment before commencing any project.
• If a client decides to discontinue the project and informs us in a timely manner, we will refund the amount minus any transaction fees incurred and cost of work already completed up to that point.
• Once the project reaches a stage where significant work has been completed, refunds will no longer be applicable.

2. Digital Assets & Ready-Made Products

• All sales of digital assets, templates, and other pre-made creative products are final.
• Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds will be issued once the purchase is completed.
• In case of any error that results in a client making a payment but not receiving the purchased assets, we will personally email the assets to them once they reach out to us.
